Reception Duties really give me a lot of pressure D: Especially when people from UK , US, India etc calling up. They spoke so fast and their accent is so "slang", sometimes i could not really comprehend what exactly they want. Some are really impatient when asked for their company and issue regarding -,- No choice, I am instructed to ask clearly before i could pass phone calls to people especially directors. Or else i could get lectured. So i must be extremely meticulous. STRESS !July 10, 2009
